A. All foam cores are closed cell and will not absorb water.
B. Foam core is Borate Treated for insect prevention. Non-toxic adhesives are used to laminate panel skins to foam core.
C. All cement board is American made, no offshore materials used.
D. Zip board is American made, water resistant and 100% formaldehyde free.
E. All wall panels are cut to shape, edges tooled and windows/door openings prepared, ready to install.
F. All floor and roof panels are cut to length, tooled edges, ready to install.
G. This is a pre-cut panel kit, installation labor is the responsibility of the owner/builder.
H. New Panel Kits has developed hundreds of James-Hardie cement board homes, however if the customer requires MGO magnesium oxide cement board please contact our office for a conversion with our engineering department.

The intent of this page is to clarify where our panel kit scope of work ends and the owner/builder's responsibilities begin so that you can plan the labor and materials needed to complete the building.
Our hope is that this will provide sufficient guidance for your cost and labor analysis. Electrical, plumbing and interior finishes are also owners duties.
